  • Definition of procedure and selection of distribution channels and sales partners
  • Targeted selection of potential buyers., sales negotiations and and transaction

Development within the RLI portfolio and new construction

  • Logistics region Berlin: New construction of approx. 19,000 m² logistics space with expected completion in the middle of 2020
  • Logistics region Central Germany (Mitte D): Development of 10,000 m² of existing space as additional densification with expected completion in early 2021
  • Logistics region Cologne Bay: Development of 16,000 m² of existing space as additional densification with expected completion by the end of 2021
  • Logistics region Münster / Osnabrück: Building rights for approx. 20,000 m²
