Low risk through a diversified portfolio
The RLI portfolio consists primarily of classic logistics properties such as warehouses, distribution properties in the well-known German logistics regions. Due to the diversified investment strategy, both new as well as existing logistic properties are in the portfolio with a focus on their alternative use potential in the market. The total area of around 668,000 square meters is used by tenants from the automotive, food, retail and technology sectors.
