RLI Investors lets Hochheim logistics property to e-commerce company
RLI Investors (RLI) has agreed a long lease to Nextrend GmbH on 6,900 square metres of warehouse and 650 square metres of office space in Rüdesheimer Straße 51, Hochheim. The logistics property is part of the open-end “RLI Logistics Fund – Germany I” portfolio.
The e-commerce company mainly occupies the space to store furniture, fittings and trendy products for the bathroom. The tenant has taken the new lease to expand its total warehouse space, in line with the positive trend of business.
NAI apollo advised on the letting.
In aggregate, RLI currently acts as asset manager of 36 properties, with a total area of over 1.2 million square metres.
