Expo Real remains an important offline communication platform for RLI Investors – and that’s a good thing
The months of September and October are very intense for the team of RLI Investors due to the traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest and the Expo Real which follows straight after. Both events focus on personal contact with business partners – one focuses more on conviviality and entertainment, on the other (at least during the day) more on the professional exchange and the initiation of new transactions and business relationships.
Thus, the 22nd Expo Real was not only successful for the organizer with a visitor count of 46,000 – also for RLI Investors, the repeated participation and presence in the form of a partner stand at the booth of the city of Munich was worthwhile: the brand RLI Investors has further positioned itself as a strong transaction partner, partnerships have been further strengthened and redeveloped and business cards distributed and collected.

“Of course you might wonder if a fair in the online age is still “in”. For us, personal contact is still very important, and I do not see that any changes in the long term. Every year, we are happy to have the opportunity right outside our front door to exchange offline within three days – and without travelling. When else during the year would be such an opportunity to see and meet all the players in the real estate industry in one place.”
The fact that many shared the same view was evident not only from the dense crowds in the corridors, but also from the increasingly larger and more innovative stands and the opening of the addition hall “Nova³”.
